Creating water from air is unique but challenging to promote to consumers. Concept Zen was proposed in 2012 as an approachable timeless solution that demystified and simplified the complexity behind the process of creating water from air.
EXPERIENTIAL
The experience of how users would interact with the dispenser was carefully designed to be unique and memorable but most of all, simple and intuitive.
A VIRTUAL GARDEN
An interactive surface displays a virtual garden to let users know how much water has been generated. A growing flower pattern displayed on the glass was a metaphor used to visualize the unit’s eco system.
LIVING GREEN
A simple shelf allows for the placement of living plants to be displayed. It also allowed clients to have the option of displaying their companies “Green Message”
As shown above, a simple removable tray allows the display of multiple objects such as:
- Companies’ “Green message”
- Real or Synthetic plants
- Secondary storage, etc
